If we look at the candidates from the Democratic Party for the preliminary round of the upcoming presidential election in the United States in 2020, a new historic change is imminent. Given the changes in the U.S. population, the Democratic Party is currently undergoing major transitions to adjust the power equations. Perhaps the possibility of a woman or a lesbian getting the presidency of the United States at this time cannot be ruled out.

The nine candidates who have so far declared their candidature at the party level include four women. The parents of one of them are related to India and Jamaica. So another candidate, who has declared himself gay and is currently the mayor of a small town in the United States. Similarly, another candidate is Taiwanese American and another is of Hispanic descent. This means that many more candidates are likely to come forward in the coming months and the number of such candidates is expected to reach more than twenty.

Of the nine candidates announced so far, seven are not white. This is in stark contrast to the influence of the Republican Party, which is known primarily as a white party, as it has a candidate for LGBT. Democratic presidential nominees Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren and Kirsten Gillibrand are currently running for the US Senate seat. Tulsi Gabbard is a member of the US Congress and has embraced Hinduism. Of these, Pitt Buttigig will be the first gay politician to run in the 2020 US presidential election, which will be a revolutionary event.

Of course, for the Democratic Party, this diversity of candidates does not necessarily mean victory in the presidential election. The Democratic Party's primaries to test who are the worthy candidates to win over Donald Trump are the ones who will be fielded when the primary election is over, and then the name of the presidential candidate will be announced at next year's Democratic convention.

Don't be surprised if the name of a white male candidate comes up. Because even former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden is seriously considering running for president; Former Texas congressman Beto O'Rourke is also in the running. Because even though they lost the midterm elections for the US Senate, they did create a good atmosphere in the Democratic Party.

Although nearly two million people have watched candidate Kamala Harris' interview on CNN, Biden and O'Rourke are expected to have a good chance in this election.

Of course, it would be too early to predict who will emerge from this tough race to get the party's nomination. However, it is certain that the candidate will be liked by the majority of the party elements and he will need some magic mantra to take everyone with him, which will keep everyone's enthusiasm alive and will also boost his self-confidence.

There are currently two opposing currents in the Democratic Party. While one stream seeks to respect the views of the financially supportive American public, the other is against the leftist or socialist ideology, led by superstar Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. He said the Democratic Party, as an "opposition party," should continue to address issues such as income gaps in American citizens, health care, taxation and education.

Ocasio - Cortez is constantly on social media, calling himself a Democratic Socialist. Cortez, who lost to Joseph Crowley in the Democratic primary for the midterm elections last year and entered the US House of Representatives, has pointed out how the Democratic Party is now leaning towards leftist ideology.

Joseph Crowley was co-chair of the House Committee on India in the lower house, and his next goal is still hampered by the defeat of 29-year-old Ocasio-Cortez, who is expected to take a higher position in the party in the near future.

The name AOC is currently well-known among Ocasio-Cortez fans, and he, along with many other newcomers to the lower house, has begun to speak out daily for a change in the Democratic Party's agenda.

Clinton's presidential career was based on the financial backing of Hollywood and Wall Street, but much of the water has flowed under the bridge in recent times. In the two years since Donald Trump was elected president, all candidates who want to run for president through the Democratic Party have been pushing for an increased tax system for the rich and access to health care for all. Of course, it is unlikely that any of these candidates will agree with Hillary Clinton's manifesto.

Socialist ideology no longer seems untouchable to young voters in America. This was announced last October by a committee of economic advisers to the US president at the White House. He is of the opinion that socialism is now re-emerging on the American political scene. Coincidentally, the world celebrated Karl Marx's 200th birthday last year.

The old admirers of the Democratic Party now fear that the turban of socialist ideology is falling on today's young Democrats, just as the right-wing ideology is currently growing in the Republicans. Of course, his observation is that this will change the political system of the United States.

There is no denying, however, that these socialist and left-wing Democrats show great enthusiasm and commitment. And for the first time, a clear suffix was seen when he was considering whether to nominate Bernie Sanders as a candidate for the 2016 presidential election. In the last century, the Democratic Party was more famous for its movement and agitation for the American people. The party is currently leaning towards its original form, and they want to reaffirm that it is different from the Republican Party.

Only those in the Democratic Party fear that extremism is taking root in our party. In the same way, some members of the Republican Party have gone on a completely right-wing diet, forcing the entire Republican Party to move in that direction.

Today, all Democrats expect Trump to vacate the White House, but in reality, if the current president wants to run again, he will have to face the left. The Pew poll shows that the number of Democrats calling themselves "liberals" has dropped from 46 percent last year to just 28 percent.

Democratic voters in the United States are now based on socialist and communist ideology on almost all issues. Whether it is an issue of permanent immigration or financial reasons. In 1994, only 32 percent of Americans thought that immigrants boosted the country's development, but that is now 84 percent. Similarly, in 2009, 57 per cent of the people felt that the government should put an end to racist violence in a timely manner, but now 81 per cent of the people agree with this position.

The big change in the thinking of the Democratic Party is also due to the US economy. The last few years have seen a huge gap in the income of American citizens. Similarly, the financial crisis of 2008 and the ensuing recession have forced party members to think differently.

But the biggest reason was Donald Trump's election victory. Which is why all Democrats have woken up and started thinking about what seemed like a mirage to them so far. Party members, mostly young Democrats from big cities who are influenced by communist or leftist ideology, are eagerly watching the developments. The support of such members will be crucial in getting the nomination from the Democratic Party for the presidential election.
